I'm Jonathan Mantle, and I've worked within the regulated complaints sector for almost 25 years.


I started consulting independently through my company, Complaints EQ, from 2018 and have since been helping clients from FTSE 100 listed companies to SME's, in engagements ranging from operational audits and transformation, to skills and regulatory-based training.


I've also assisted Big 4 and other top tier consultancy firms manage their own client projects, from carrying out S166 reviews and auditing remediation project documentation, standards, and methods, and have chaired and spoken at industry events such as the annual Complaints Management Forum.
